Yoga MoJo: Movement + Journaling 

This 75-minute practice highlights the spirit of yoga through asana (movement) and svadhyaya (introspection).

We’ll move our bodies on the mat and our pens on the page, exploring guided themes and intentions. You need not be a yogi or journaler to attend. 

Led by connection teacher Anna Sullivan of Pidge Post.
