Are you a postpartum woman who wants to start running but is unsure where to begin?

Or perhaps you are someone who has never run before and wants to take on the challenge of completing a 5K.

Our Return to Run Program is designed for women just like you, providing you with expert guidance, support, and community as you work towards your running goals.

What's Included?

  • Postpartum Full Body Evaluation at the start of the program to make sure you are safe to begin training and to become aware of any specific weak areas or injury risks. 

  • 12-Week Comprehensive Program to gradually build you up to a 5K run.

  • Expertly Paced Group Runs with Run Coaches.

  • In-person Strengthening Classes with Postpartum Exercise Specialist Cynthia MacKay. 

  • Accountability Buddy to help you stay on track and achieve your goals!

  • Facebook Community of other moms in the group to join up for other weekly runs.

  • Program Completion Group 5K Celebration Run! 

  • Bonus Workshops such as: Intuitive Eating, Postpartum Nutrition, Performance Dietician, Postpartum Counselor, Sex Therapist + Pelvic PT on postpartum sex, Birth Trauma Processing.
