Discover what it feels like to move, breathe, and rest with more ease in your changing body—an introduction to our full BodyWise program.

BodyWise is a structured well-being series designed for women 40+ navigating perimenopause and beyond. Over five 90-minute weekly sessions, you’ll build strength, stability, and ease in a supportive small-group setting.

Each week focuses on a different aspect of women’s health during menopause — from pelvic floor awareness and core function to emotional resilience and restful sleep.

 

BodyWise Includes:

🪷 Gentle movement to support bone and pelvic health
🪷 Breathing techniques to regulate temperature and mood
🪷 Guided rest and reflection to enhance sleep and mental clarity

🪷 Five 90-minute in-person sessions with individualized guidance
🪷 BodyWise Toolkit (workbook, journaling prompts, private podcast)
🪷 Email support and reminders between sessions
