The experience begins with a brief guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to support deep relaxation and grounding. This sound bath is facilitated by Kate Boyd, who holds a 35-hour Yoga Alliance Sound Bath Practitioner Certificate from the Aligned Sound Method.
