The peri-to-post menopause journey brings real shifts in sleep, energy, mood, and how your body moves and recovers.

BodyWise is a 10-week evening series that helps women 40+ navigate this transition with evidence-based yoga, breathwork, and restorative practices designed specifically for midlife bodies. No yoga experience needed.

$249 for the full 10-week series  | $30 drop-in

Alexandra Howson PhD, E-RYT is a yoga teacher and medical writer who specializes in inquiry-based movement and mindful awareness to support nervous-system regulation and whole-body balance.
