What to Expect
An 8-week program with 15 classes designed to build functional strength, improve conditioning, and prevent injury so you can ski stronger, longer, and safer this season.
Dynamic Exercises: Specific, targeted exercises to help you ski from first chair to last chair.
Injury Prevention: Programming co-designed with Dr. Beckham to keep you safe and strong on the hill.
Expert Instruction: Led by Kelley Mast, Certified Personal Trainer, Ski Instructor, and Former Ski Racer.
Snowboarder-Friendly: Snowboarders are indeed allowed, but may have to do extra burpees!

Kelley is a NASM-certified personal trainer and owner of MastMountainFitness, LLC. She has been training clients and leading group fitness classes in the Snoqualmie Valley for over 12 years. In addition to personal training, Kelley is certified in spin, TRX, barre, and HIIT Chaos.
Her programs focus on stabilization, balance, strength, endurance, and power to help clients feel confident, strong, and capable.
A lifelong athlete, Kelley grew up in the Colorado mountains, competed in cycling and ski racing, and more recently taught skiing at The Summit at Snoqualmie, where she earned her PSIA Level 1 certification.
