What to Expect

For 12 weeks, we’ll help you capture, preserve, and build on the progress you made during the original Ski Knees Series.

Expect ski-specific strength, stability, mobility, and power, delivered in efficient, fun, small-group sessions designed to keep you confident and injury-resilient through winter.

We’re expanding to give you more space to spread out - each class is capped at 10 people max.

*We need a minimum of 8 participants per class to run. If a cohort doesn’t fill, we’ll cancel and refund fully.

Certified Personal Trainer

Kelley is a NASM-certified personal trainer and owner of MastMountainFitness, LLC. She has been training clients and leading group fitness classes in the Snoqualmie Valley for over 12 years. In addition to personal training, Kelley is certified in spin, TRX, barre, and HIIT Chaos. Her programs focus on stabilization, balance, strength, endurance, and power to help clients feel confident, strong, and capable.

A lifelong athlete, Kelley grew up in the Colorado mountains, competed in cycling and ski racing, and more recently taught skiing at The Summit at Snoqualmie, where she earned her PSIA Level 1 certification.

Specific, targeted, dynamic training to keep you skiing from first chair to last chair — all season long.
